Abstract
The conclusion of this book provides a comprehensive examination of the methodologies developed for extracting crime-related information from multilingual texts, with a particular focus on low-resource languages. The first chapter offers an analytical review of the current challenges and methodologies for identifying illegal information within text data. The second chapter delves into the relationship between linguistic formalisms and the real-world meaning of criminally significant events. The third chapter presents a mathematical model for fact extraction from semi-structured texts, demonstrating its application to both Russian and English. In the fourth chapter, the monograph addresses the specific challenges involved in the automatic processing of the Kazakh language. The fifth chapter details the development of a Kazakh-Russian parallel corpus focused on criminal topics. The concluding chapters underscore the significance of the research in enhancing the extraction of criminally relevant information from various electronic resources and outline the potential for future work aimed at automating the identification of crime-related data.
