Company creates AI agents for businesses

Responsibilities:
• Develop scalable and reliable backend services
• Design architecture of new modules and services
• Integrate with external APIs and internal microservices
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Code review, technical control, assist junior developers
• Implement and develop engineering practices (testing, DevOps)

Requirements:
• 4+ years of backend development experience in Python or Go
• Strong knowledge of system aspects (multithreading, asynchronous programming, network protocols)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ability to design and implement APIs
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring systems

Optional:
• Understanding of AI/ML services principles
