• Manage and mentor analytics team
• Lead complex analytics projects
• Develop BI
• Review team work
• Enhance A/B platform
• Support tools and plan work

Requirements:
• Team leading experience (2-6 analysts)
• Strong math/IT background
• ML algorithms
• A/B testing knowledge
• Advanced forecasting/classification methods
• SQL, Python, Tableau

Optional:
• Snowflake
• Experience in building a team from scratch
