• Train and deploy ML models: ASR/LLM/TTS
• Ensure reliability and observability in production

Requirements:
• Experience in training and deploying ML models
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Open source contributions
• Participation in competitions (Kaggle, Codeforces)
