Responsibilities:
• Lead agile team in AI tech exploration
• Manage product development cycle
• Promote AI benefits through external engagements
• Guide AI implementation in organizations
• Collaborate with global AI tech leaders
• Actively participate in the entire product development cycle, from POC to MVP and production

Requirements:
• Team Lead or Senior level with proven experience in managing and motivating teams
• Strong communication skills
• Portfolio of ML or NLP products
• Experience with LLMs/GANs/VAEs (including pet projects)
• ML or NLP product portfolio
• Fluent English
• Passion for innovation and new technologies
