Responsibilities:
• Developing large language models for regulatory and analytical tasks
• Building NLP solutions like classification and summarization
• Creating and supporting AI assistants and chatbot tools
• Designing retrieval-based systems
• Building document ingestion pipelines
• Optimizing training and inference pipelines

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in ML, NLP, or Deep Learning
• Strong Python and ML engineering skills
• Training and deploying transformer-based models
• Working with large datasets
• Production-level experience with ML systems, model lifecycle management

Optional:
• Large-scale LLM training and optimization
• Retrieval frameworks
• Vector search systems
• Financial, regulatory, government AI projects
