Responsibilities:
• Design and implement analytics and ML solutions
• Analyze datasets and translate findings into insights
• Participate in client meetings and prepare presentations

Requirements:
• Analytics experience (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive)
• Proficiency in Python / R / SQL
• Experience with large datasets and ML model lifecycle
• Knowledge of logistic regression, decision trees, boosting methods
• Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem, Impala, Hive, PySpark
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Optional:
• Industry expertise in banking, fintech, payments, or retail
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• ML in credit scoring or CVM, churn reduction, CLTV
