Responsibilities:
• Closing end-to-end deals: CRM, voice robot, process automation, AI solutions
• Leading full cycle from customer strategy to contract signing and initial implementation support
• Deep dive into client's business, identify pain points and offer solutions
• Maintain partnership with key clients
• Collaborate with other teams
• Build funnel, work with database, develop customer acquisition channels with marketing
Requirements:
• 3+ years sales experience in digital/IT/CRM/SaaS/automation
• Understanding of funnels, automation, marketing, analytics, and CRM tools
• Strong presentation and written skills
Optional:
• Experience in selling voice bots, chatbots, or analytics
• Understanding of automation principles in e-commerce, fintech
• Experience managing large clients
