Data team of JMART (marketplace by Jusan Bank)

Responsibilities:
• Work on different team projects: recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, search, personalisation, push notifications, DWH and AI-based products

Requirements:
• Team leadership in data science
• Establish processes from scratch
• Cross-functional team experience
• Analytics process establishment and culture building
• Statistical math knowledge, probability theory
• SQL skills
• Python for DS/DE stack
• ML model development, GIT, DWH, airflow for data orchestration
• Basic understanding of back-end development (GO)
• 6+ years of experience

Optional:
• Experience with LLM (Open AI, YaGPT)
• Experience with recommendation systems
