Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services for the AI assistant using Python and FastAPI
• Add support for multimodal inputs (text, images, documents)
• Implement agent functionality: internal knowledge base search, web search, system interaction via MCP
• Ensure high availability and performance of backend systems
• Collaborate with ML and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready features

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI), SQLAlchemy, asyncio
• Production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Docker and Kubernetes; hands-on experience deploying to production
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
• Code quality mindset: linters, unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, documentation

Optional:
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, OpenAI API, or MCP
• Knowledge of gRPC or GraphQL
