Responsibilities:
• Take control over push notification policies (optimizing push count effectiveness, conducting A/B tests for pushes)
• Conducting data research and generating insights for the business (estimating promo effectiveness, prioritizing product categories to grow, funnel analysis, etc.)
• Managing event formation (taxonomy)
• Designing and conducting A/B tests (metric selection, calculating MDE, aligning testing time with business, providing recommendations for the business, documenting results)
• Creating alert systems (for faster reaction time)
• Design and automate dashboards, conduct research and generate business insights

Requirements:
• Proficient SQL skills (functions [aggregate, window], query optimization)
• Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib)

Optional:
• Experience with people management
• Experience with any BI system (preferably Superset)
• Experience with APIs
