Responsibilities:
• Transform complex processes into user-friendly interfaces
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect accuracy
• User-oriented and business goal-driven mindset
• Ability to justify design decisions
• Responsibility, independence, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Participate in developing high-load B2B products

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product/UI/UX designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Ability to conduct UX research, prototyping, and hypothesis testing
• Experience in creating design systems and maintaining their relevance
• Understanding of technical constraints of web and mobile platforms
• Work experience in a cross-functional team

Optional:
• Experience in B2B segment and CRM systems
