Developing small kz platform for customers, partners, and employees

Responsibilities:
• Manage developer team and tasks
• Build frontend architecture for scalability
• Develop features like promo pages and analytics tools
• Set up processes like CI/CD and monitoring
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and users for complex solutions
• Maintain technical culture with documentation and best practices

Requirements:
• Excellent React + TypeScript
• SPA and SSR architecture understanding
• CI/CD implementation
• Direct business interaction
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Optional:
• Experience with Next.js, Sentry, Keycloak
• Understanding of Go and/or Laravel
• Legacy solutions audit and modernization
