Responsibilities:
• Build RAG-based and multi-agent systems for retrieval, reasoning, and decision-making
• Own data pipelines: ingestion, cleaning, deduplication, and filtering
• Define and monitor key quality metrics for relevance, accuracy, and output reliability
• Drive the end-to-end ML lifecycle
• Work with multimodal models (text, video, audio) and temporal coherence

Requirements:
• Proven track record of training and deploying ML models into production (experience with large-scale vision, diffusion models, NLP, or multimodal systems is a big plus)
• Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch)
• Experience deploying ML systems into production environments
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, tradeoffs, and performance constraints

Optional:
• Distributed training, multi-GPU systems experience
