The product is responsible for the entire pricing cycle of apartments across all residential complexes in Kazakhstan, including forecasting initial prices and dynamic adjustment during the sales stage

Responsibilities:
• Development and optimization of pricing algorithms for real estate
• Building and evaluating machine learning models to forecast real estate prices based on location and external market factors
• Developing a model for auto-accounting of monthly financial project needs
• Integrating developed algorithms into existing infrastructure, including interaction with databases, APIs, and stream processing of data

Requirements:
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, MatPlotLib)
• PostgreSQL, Git, Django, Docker
• Understanding the basic principles of pricing and having experience in developing pricing algorithms, especially in the real estate sector, will be an advantage
• Statistical and econometric knowledge
• Communication skills, customer development, problem solving skills
