Our team has developed and maintains several ML ranking and regression models that impact the company's overall performance

Responsibilities:
• Help develop one of the company's ML tracks or take full ownership
• Improve the efficiency of order ranking for specialists
• Enhance candidate selection for orders
• Develop features and algorithms for matching specialists and orders
• Assist other product teams in solving problems with ML
• Improve data infrastructure and model deployment
• Conduct A/B testing of algorithms
• Collaborate in discussions and analysis of results

Requirements:
• 3+ years of industrial Python development experience
• Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, basic algorithms, computational complexity
• Understanding of ML principles and algorithms
• Experience in designing ML-based services
• Strong mathematical background: statistics, probability theory, calculus, matrix operations
• Apache Spark
• MySQL

• PHP
• TypeScript
• Scala
