• HR metrics monitoring and analysis
• Employee turnover calculation
• Employee engagement surveys administration and analysis
• Compensation analysis
• Budgeting process participation
• Predictive analytics implementation

Requirements:
• Strong Excel, Power BI skills
• Analytics
• Working with quantitative data, finding relationships, constructing diagrams, dashboards
• Interest in working in the field of remuneration, budgeting
• Understanding the HR metrics

Optional:
• Python, SQL
• Experience in HR analytics
