AI consulting company developing machine learning products, solutions, and models for organizations
Responsibilities:
• improving a 260B+ LLM’s agent and computer-use skills using gameplay data
• Design training plan, curate pretraining corpora, build RLHF/DPO/RL pipelines, and run experiments with clear reporting
• ETL/QA from games
• data filtering/dedup
• plan and run distributed training, ablations, and evals
• metrics and eval harness design
Requirements:
• MS CS/ML or equivalent experience training LLMs at scale
• Python with PyTorch or JAX
• self-directed, excellent communication
• hands-on with pretraining data pipelines or post-training (RLHF/DPO/RL)
• experience with FSDP/TP/DP and checkpointing
