Sweatcoin is a step counting and activity tracking app which rewards your daily steps with a new-generation currency you can spend on cool products or donate to charity

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with marketing and CRM team to support and optimize communication campaign decisions (e.g. push notifications, emails)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams (e.g., engineers, product managers, designers, executives)
• Combine data engineering, statistical analysis and data visualization skills to generate insights and find opportunities for product development
• Identify relevant metrics, develop and communicate a thorough understanding of the factors that move these metrics
• Design, conduct and analyze A/B tests with the recommendations

Requirements:
• Advanced SQL (window functions, subqueries)
• Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn)
• Ability to write production-ready code (docker, git, airflow)
• Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
• ML experience
