Responsibilities:
• Conducting transaction data analysis for internal and external clients and stakeholders, developing deeper insights into the products using advanced and ML statistical methods
• Building predictive models using advanced ML techniques; interpret and present modeling and analytical results to non-technical audience
• Finding opportunities to create and automate repeatable analyses or build streamlined solutions for internal and external Visa clients

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of analytical expertise in applying statistical and ML solutions to business problems
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• Degree (masters or PhD - an advantage) in quantitative fields
• Proficient in Python, SQL knowledge
• Strong programming skills and algorithmic background
• Practical experience in building and applying ML models and understanding of how these algorithms work, end-to-end development skills from business understanding and data preparation to quality assurance of ML models

Optional:
• Experience in payments and/or consumer banking and/or commercial banking and/or FMCG retail and/or consulting
• Knowledge of C++, Java, Go - a very strong advantage
