BIOPTIC is a leading AI-driven drug discovery company specializing in early-stage drug development, leveraging state-of-the-art deep generative neural networks to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy ML models
• Implement and maintain MLOps infrastructure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ML models
• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Monitor and troubleshoot production ML systems
• Ensure best practices in model reproducibility, versioning, and governance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and/or MLOps
• Strong understanding of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Optional:
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
