Key Projects: Kazakh Morphological, Terminology Analyzer; Large-scale OCR digitization pipelines; NLP & Speech Technology; Corpus development for Kazakh LLMs
Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize ML/DL models for text, speech, and OCR
• Maintain and improve morphology, terminology, and OCR models
• Support deployment, monitoring, and integration
Requirements:
• Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of ML/DL, Linux, Git, Docker
• 1+ year ML/AI/DS or strong academic portfolio
• Knowledge of transformers, embeddings, NLP pipelines
• Familiarity with ASR/TTS, phonetics, or audio models
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model optimization
Optional:
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, RLHF)
