Biometric.Vision is an international AI company developing solutions in face biometrics, digital identity, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and identity verification. Test web applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations between services for production-grade AI and biometric products used by banks, fintech companies, telecom operators, and government organizations.

Responsibilities:
• Test web applications, APIs, backend services, and service integrations through functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Develop and maintain test cases, checklists, and test documentation; identify, analyze, and document defects.
• Work with APIs using Postman and Swagger, validate data in PostgreSQL, and analyze logs and metrics using ELK and Grafana.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts on product quality, discuss requirements, and assess task testability.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and product quality.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of commercial QA experience, with a solid understanding of testing principles, processes, types, and techniques.
• Ability to create test cases, checklists, bug reports, test scenarios, and test documentation; experience with pairwise testing.
• Practical experience with Postman and Swagger, and understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, client-server architecture, and network requests.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases; ability to analyze logs and metrics using ELK, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Basic Python knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Jira and Agile processes, and understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA's role at each stage.
• Understanding of application architectures, including monoliths and microservices.

Optional:
• Experience automating tests with Python, Selenium or Playwright, and Pytest or Unittest.
• Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter or Locust, microservice testing, or Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automated test execution; experience with monitoring and tracing systems.
• Experience testing AI/ML products or understanding their specific testing considerations.
