Responsibilities:
• evaluate effectiveness of courier acquisition channels (LTV, CAC of couriers)
• create convenient data dashboards for self-service analytics and information panels based on courier and fleet data
• test hypotheses to improve courier retention and bring churned couriers back
• test ways to motivate couriers to purchase additional hours on lines
• develop forecasting models for necessary number of couriers and supply hours on lines in each locality to manage marketplace balance
• handle various analytical tasks to derive practical insights

Requirements:
• knowledge of SQL, Python and related libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas)
• algorithms and data structures knowledge
• experience with databases
• knowledge of statistics for data analysis
• technical higher education

Optional:
• experience in operational and product analytics
• experience in A/B testing
