AI platform consolidating app reviews, support chats, surveys and social media feedback

Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance AI agents for real-time call and chat monitoring
• Extract information from client knowledge bases
• Draft responses with human oversight

Requirements:
• 8+ years Python experience
• 6+ years production ML systems
• 3+ years AI agent development and RAG pipelines
• 2+ years Self-Supervised / Weakly-Supervised Learning
• 1+ year multimodal (voice, text, images)pipelines experience
• 3+ years with ADK or similar
• English B2+ level
