One of the largest retailers in Kazakhstan

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and automation team engineers
• Communicate with internal customers from logistics, finance, IT
• Interact with external contractors like 1C-Astor
• Develop team roadmap for 3-6 months
• Build and develop retail automation team
• Maintain engineering culture

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience with 1C:Enterprise, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of 1C 8.3 platform, especially retail configurations
• Team management experience (4-7 people)
• Experience with complex queries, optimization, caching
• Experience with DevOps tools in 1C, understanding of automated tests and monitoring
• SQL and MS SQL Server proficiency
• XML, JSON, AVRO, REST API,
• CI/CD approach implementation: GitLab, EDT, Jenkins, SonarQube, vanessa-runner
• Retail processes understanding
