Digital Alliance develops trading platforms, including crypto exchanges and commodity trading systems

Responsibilities:
• Develop using NestJS/React as part of the team
• Establish transparent development processes
• Hire, adapt, and develop developers through mentoring
• Conduct code reviews and manage technical debt
• Plan sprints and task decomposition
• Address technical challenges in performance and scalability

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Fullstack development (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• 1+ year in team management
• Deep understanding of clean code principles, SOLID, design patterns
• Experience in code review and mentoring
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Problem-solving skills in performance and scalability

Optional:
• Experience in fintech or trading platforms
• Understanding of high-load systems
• CI/CD pipeline setup and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of GraphQL
