QData is a technology company developing AI and Computer Vision solutions for government, quasi-government, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Identify client needs and potential use cases for QData solutions
• Gather, structure, and maintain business and project requirements
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and project-specific materials
• Develop project concepts together with Product and Technical teams
• Analyze client business processes and identify relevant solution scenarios
• Prepare initial project descriptions, requirements, and documentation
• Document agreements, next steps, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date statuses across potential and ongoing projects
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams during the project development stage
• Support pilot projects, commercial proposals, and tender-related materials
• Guide projects through to handover for implementation

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Pre-sales, Consulting, or a related field
• Experience working directly and independently with clients
• Strong ability to conduct meetings, identify needs, and structure business requests
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to gather and formalize requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand new business domains
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
• Higher education

Optional:
• Experience working with government, quasi-government organizations, national companies, or large enterprise clients
• Experience preparing technical requirements, commercial proposals, pilot projects, or tender documentation
• Understanding of digital product development and IT implementation processes
