Chief GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable solutions based on generative AI
• Lead the technical team and mentor engineers
• Configure agent logic using no-code/low-code platforms
• Collaborate with R&D on the technological roadmap
• Implement MLOps practices and data architectures for GenAI systems
• Interact with business clients to translate tasks into engineering solutions
Requirements:
• 7+ years of ML/AI experience including NLP and generative models
• Practical experience in creating RAG systems and fine-tuning LLMs
• Knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, HuggingFace)
• Experience in technical leadership/architecture in AI projects with significant business impact
Optional:
• Experience in AI ethics and safe AI usage
