A growing international and distributed team of experienced AI engineers and Software Developers from big-tech companies, building a new-generation consulting company

Responsibilities:
• Experimenting with the commercial and open source Large Language Models
• Writing production-ready code for ML services
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for MLOps and LLMops
• Taking ownership of training and deployment pipelines, as well as inference backend services
• Actively contribute to improving our software engineering practices and processes

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Python programming
• Experience developing & maintaining production services
• Communication skills and ability to work in a distributed international team
• Writing and speaking English (B2+)
• Web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab CI, Github Actions, TeamCity, etc.)
• Experience with Docker
• Writing integration and unit tests

Optional:
• Experience working with LLM platforms and models by OpenAI, Claude, LLama, Langchain, etc
• Experience in Natural Language Processing using tools and libraries like Huggingface Transformers, PyTorch
• Experience with Classic ML (boosted trees, logistic regression, clustering, etc)
• Working with task queues (celery/dramatiq etc. + rabbitmq/redis etc.)
• Cloud deployments, Kubernetes
• Working with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, etc)
