Responsibilities:
• Designing 1C-based solutions aligned with company and IT strategies
• Creating high-level design, forming technical specifications and documentation
• Ensuring stability through architectural solutions
• Developing common development approaches and standards
• Leading architectural supervision and being a focal point for 1C in the team

Requirements:
• Expertise in 1C platform and architectural practices
• Experience in designing high-load and distributed solutions
• Strong knowledge in REST/SOAP, queues (Kafka, MQ), integration approaches
• Deep understanding of OOP, functional programming, design patterns
• Degree in IT, mathematics, or engineering

Optional:
• Experience in retail or large product companies
• Wide technical knowledge beyond 1C ecosystem
