Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of models related to speech recognition and text translation
• Collaborate with the core team on the entire pipeline
• Participate in parameter-efficient fine-tuning of LLMs
• Ensure code quality and implement best software engineering practices
• Work in a motivated team environment, share ideas, and provide/receive feedback

Requirements:
• Expertise in speech recognition, speaker diarization, voice activity detection
• Natural Language Processing skills including translation and semantic analysis
• Python and PyTorch proficiency for model development
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and modification of open-source LLMs
• Ability to implement algorithms from recent ML research papers
• Strong practices in code quality, version control, and testing
