Responsibilities:
• Develop ASR and TTS models
• Integrate speech tech into banking apps
• Establish data pipelines
• Refine speech models for user satisfaction
• Stay updated on speech processing technologies
• Test and validate speech models for security standards
Requirements:
• 4 years of ML experience
• Expertise in DL frameworks and architectures for ASR and TTS
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ASR and TTS systems, preferably in customer-facing environments
• Understanding of parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods like LoRA
• Python, experience with audio processing libraries
• Multi-GPU training environments
• English, Russian - B1+
Optional:
• Experience in leading projects, mentoring junior team members
• Language: Kazakh, Uzbek
