Responsibilities:
• Define development strategy, architecture, and training methodology for models
• Organize and control the development and research of language models for conversational AI
• Manage the training and optimization process of models
• Research and apply new machine learning methods to improve models
• Plan and optimize model implementation in conversational AI projects
• Analyze training results and implement improvements in models
• Collaborate with other departments for coordination of work

Requirements:
• Experience with research and implementation of language models in conversational AI
• Strong knowledge in machine learning and neural networks: ASR, NLU, TTS
• Proficient in Python. Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras. Libraries: Numpy, Pandas, NeMo, Librosa
• Experience with APIs: Flask, FASTAPI, Tornado
• Experience managing ML and AI teams
• Higher education in mathematics or technical field
