Senior ML Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement machine learning models for banking products
• Optimize and improve existing ML models considering business and regulatory requirements
• Prepare, process, and analyze large datasets
• Deploy and maintain ML models in production
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines
• Mentor and develop the ML engineering team
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Python and key ML libraries
• Experience with databases and big data technologies
• Deep understanding of MLOps
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and model interpretability
• Experience with ML model monitoring tools
Optional:
• Expertise in NLP or computer vision
• Experience in developing high-load ML-powered services
