Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor ML team
• Develop and improve models
• Deploy solutions to production
• Collaborate with clients
• Participate in R&D

Requirements:
• 4+ years in ML / data science / AI model development
• Proficient in Python, statistics, algorithms
• Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow
• Model production and big data experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
