Developing digital ecosystem for social and labor sphere

Responsibilities:
• Build, fine-tune, and track model experiments
• End-to-end model development and production maintenance
• Support and improve existing models
• Collaborate with analysts and dev teams

Requirements:
• 3+ years official work experience
• 1.5+ years NLP-focused DS experience
• Deployment of ML, LLM models in production
• Deep knowledge of ML / DL models
• Python proficiency with ML & NLP stack
• Docker basics, Git, databases (SQL, vector)

Optional:
• Experience with AI agents / avatars
• Related ML fields
• Software development skills: OOP, async, REST API design
