• Create tools for agents
• Research new AI possibilities and approaches
• Optimize virtual employee behavior
• Support agents and develop workflow tools
• Collaborate with developers to integrate AI functionality

Requirements:
• Understanding of LLM models and AI approaches
• Skills in analyzing model quality and metrics
• Desire to explore new AI technologies
