Focus on AI Agents and business process automation. Collaborate with major Kazakh companies like Kazakhtelecom, Halyk Bank, Freedom Bank Kazakhstan
Responsibilities:
• Design and build LLM agents with tools (search, API, RAG, MCP)
• Collect benchmarks and metrics: success rate, latency, cost
• Write services using FastAPI, queues, monitoring, logging
• Develop automations for large businesses
• High pace and self-sufficiency required
• Behavioral interview is a key selection criterion
Requirements:
• Python (PyTorch is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand code
• Basic experience with LLM/inference
• Git, Linux, Docker
Optional:
• Agent frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI agents)
• Function calling, formatted outputs
• Inference optimization (batching, routing)
