One of the largest commercial banks in Uzbekistan. Building an intelligent chatbot for the Call Center using cutting-edge NLP and speech technologies

Responsibilities:
• Lead data annotation team for Uzbek language recognition
• Design, train, optimize Deep Learning models for ASR and TTS systems
• Develop NLP models for language understanding, intent detection, and response generation
• Integrate ML models into chatbot platform

Requirements:
• TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience with BERT, GPT, or similar transformer-based architectures
• Experience with ASR and TTS systems
• Python and libraries like Hugging Face, NLTK, or SpaCy
• Docker, Kubernetes
• 3+ years of experience

Optional:
• Knowledge of Uzbek language
• Reinforcement learning for dialogue management
• Learning-to-rank algorithms and feedback systems
• Banking or financial services understanding
