Product/Data Analyst

Almaty / Office (Hybrid possible after probation)

Jusan is a Kazakhstani Bank. All projects of Jusan Marketplace: ranking, search, recommendation systems, push notifications, AI-bot for clients and others

Responsibilities:
• Identify growth points in the product based on data
• Propose and analyze new feature launches
• Work with large datasets
• Devise metrics for hypothesis validation or process/service/client scenario description
• Conduct A/B experiments with product teams (from hypothesis to results)

Requirements:
• Strong SQL knowledge (including cte, window functions, query optimization)
• Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing (design, acceleration, etc.)

Optional:
• Experience with DWH, ETL processes (Airflow)
• Experience with Amplitude or similar tools
• Experience with any data visualization tool
