Responsibilities:
• Team management (planning, growth, hiring)
• Building resilient IT infrastructure
• Designing and developing internal cloud (KVM/Proxmox/CEPH)
• Optimizing infrastructure for growth and business needs
• Infrastructure security
• Implementing and evolving DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC)

Requirements:
• 3+ years as team lead/lead engineer in infrastructure or DevOps
• Deep understanding of corporate IT systems architecture
• Experience in DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD
• Systematic thinking, prioritization, negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
• ISO 27001, PCI DSS standards knowledge
• VPN, firewall, HAProxy, NGINX, pfSense, Mikrotik
• GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity
• Ansible, Terraform, Packer
• Helm, Kustomize, Docker Registry (Harbor, Nexus)
