Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors
• Test system updates, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution
• Provide functional support and guidance to end users
• Analyze business requirements and recommend improvements to HR processes
• Participate in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Support system integrations, data migration, and system documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors / HR Information Systems
• Experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Performance Management, and/or Platform
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and post-implementation support
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English

Optional:
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging
