Lead development of eCommerce platform and mobile apps focusing on UX, performance, and stability. Integrate with internal systems and innovate with new technologies

Responsibilities:
• Build and scale eCommerce platform
• Lead engineering team
• Integrate reliable systems
• Ensure reliability and security
• Implement innovations for UX improvement
• Research and implement technological innovations

Requirements:
• Team management in tech lead role
• Developing high-load e-commerce systems
• Strong technical background in backend, frontend, integrations, DevOps/SRE
• Leadership skills
• Effective cross-functional collaboration

Optional:
• Experience with AI-recommendation systems and chatbots
• Optimizing checkout flows
