Responsibilities:
• Develop AI solutions for educational systems
• Design NLP models for text understanding/generation
• Build models for analyzing structured/unstructured responses
• Develop automated evaluation pipelines
• Experiment with LLMs, fine-tuning and prompts

Requirements:
• Machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
• Advanced SQL skills
• Python (PyTorch / Transformers preferred)
• NLP tasks (classification, generation, similarity)
• Modern LLM techniques (SFT, adapters, prompt engineering)

Optional:
• Speech processing experience
• LLM fine-tuning experience
