Higgsfield AI reports reaching $1B ARR within 18 months of launch. The role supports growth marketing for a global AI product with 35M+ users, across paid media, influencer marketing, and organic channels.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze marketing channel performance to identify which channels acquire paying users and how much they contribute to conversions.
• Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
• Own ETL processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.
• Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or performance analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of CAC, ROMI, LTV, attribution, and incrementality.
• Experience with advertising platforms and tracking tools.
• Ability to assess which channels bring in paying users and distinguish their contribution from conversions driven by other channels.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, test hypotheses, and translate findings into budget decisions.
• Willingness to work six days per week.
