Cloud24.kz is a cloud provider and IT systems integrator.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
• Maintain the availability, security, and performance of email services.
• Troubleshoot incidents across a distributed infrastructure.
• Configure and support Exchange Database Availability Groups (DAG), and work with FortiMail and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
• Maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience administering on-premises Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server, including Exchange high availability and Database Availability Groups (DAG).
• Understanding of email security and mail flow troubleshooting.
• PowerShell skills for administration and automation.
Optional:
• Experience with FortiMail and multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an advantage.
