The compulsory medical insurance system operator ensures the provision of medical care to the population.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and adapting open-source LLM for the internal tasks of the Foundation
• Fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and quality assessment of language models
• Developing RAG services, AI assistants, and intelligent search for internal documents
• Designing prompt strategies, quality assessment tools for responses, and safeguards against incorrect answers
• Integrating AI services with internal systems via API
• Participating in the formation of the architecture of a unified AI platform

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in AI/LLM solutions development
• Proficient in Python, experience with PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face
• Practical experience in fine-tuning LLM: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT
• Experience in developing RAG: embeddings, vector DB, reranking, chunking, retrieval evaluation, and response quality
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
• Experience with API, Docker, Git, Linux, and GPU infrastructure
• Understanding of LLM limitations: hallucinations, context window, security, quality control

Optional requirements:
• Experience with Russian or Kazakh language models
• Experience in closed environments, governmental, financial, or medical organizations
• Knowledge of vLLM, Ollama, Qdrant, OpenSearch, MLflow
• Experience in building AI agents and multi-agent scenarios
